What are CMA’s responsibilities?

  • Respond to owner emails and phone calls dealing with neighbor complaints, report light outages, pay invoices, process closing letters, contact vendors for repairs such as irrigation leaks, etc.
  • Contact the City of Hoover regarding issues such as bulk item pickups when needed, street sign repairs, and pet complaints.
  • Gather all Architectural Review Committee requests and process them.
  • Verify homeownership when a request is made to join the Riverchase Neighborhood Facebook page.
  • Monitor compliance in the community and send out violation letters when necessary.
  • Create financial variance reports and ensure the RRA stays on budget.
  • Send letters to neighbors who are in arrears on association dues and refer them to the legal department when necessary.
  • Send out newsletters and yard award letters upon verification of compliance.
  • Attend Board meetings and create the agenda.
  • Formulate the Association’s budget based on needs/wants of the community.
  • Review vendor contracts (landscaping, insurance, etc.) to ensure they are being fulfilled. Solicit competitive pricing.
