All 17 monuments in the neighborhood were cleaned and updated, which included some new signage that will bring consistency to the look throughout Riverchase. These updates also included new landscaping. In addition to the work on monuments, you may have noticed work beginning on the neighborhood 9 roundabouts. All of these enhancements are made possible due to the hard work and creativity of our Beautification Committee and financed with the yearly assessments we have all faithfully contributed.
