The new ARC committee is composed of a group of dedicated residents with professional skills that include backgrounds in engineering, architecture, and design, as well as long-time knowledge of and respect for the traditions of Riverchase. We welcome these new volunteers and thank them for their willingness to serve. Their job is to ensure that our community remains the beautiful neighborhood we all chose to live in. They will do this by helping us with additions, exterior renovations, and color selection while keeping us in line with the architectural policies we set for ourselves nearly 50 years ago.

Construction projects require city permitting and are often best performed by licensed contractors. Preparing the ARC submission will help in getting the necessary documents for city review. Clear and accurate documentation is also the basis for a good contract with the builder. This will help in determining accurate pricing and defining expectations for the work.

Included here are before and after photographs of 2 recent homes with ARC involvement. By working closely with the committee, these residents were able to update their homes while staying in harmony with the rest of the community.
