AT&T Cable Box Update

Thank you to those residents who gave us addresses and pictures of the cable boxes in need of repair. The repairs aren’t happening as quickly as hoped, but we are making progress! Please continue to email unsightly box locations with pictures to [email protected] .
The ATT installation of fiber optic cable by Star Construction continues and will eventually be along all the streets. As with any utility company using our easements, the crews are obligated to restore grass or shrubs removed in the process. All concerns for the ATT fiber work can be directed to
1-865-281-1514 (ATT).
The new fiber optic connections will NOT be in the pedestal style boxes (pictured) but will be in the lid style boxes flush with the ground (also pictured). The new boxes are much less conspicuous and easier to maintain.
